The main steel frame is mainly composed of components such as steel beams, steel columns, and steel trusses, which are processed from section steel and steel plates. These components undergo rust removal and anti-rust treatments such as shot blasting, painting, and galvanizing. Connections between components or parts are usually made by welding, bolting, or riveting. Our prefabricated steel structure buildings can be custom-designed to meet your exact requirements. The most common main frame systems are shown below, and almost any frame geometry can be achieved.

Purlins, tie rods, and bracings are secondary structural components used to support wall and roof cladding. Secondary components such as purlins, tie rods, column bracings, and horizontal bracings connect the main frame and help resist part of the longitudinal loads imposed on the building, such as wind loads and seismic loads.
Steel wire purlins are made of high-grade steel that meets GB/T 2518-2008, grade Q235B/Q355B, or equivalent grades. These purlins are coated with a galvanized layer, with zinc layer thicknesses of ≥11.2μm (corresponding to 80g/m²), ≥31μm (corresponding to 220g/m²), ≥35μm (250g/m²), and ≥38.5μm (275g/m²).
Column bracings are connecting components installed between adjacent columns, designed to ensure the overall stability of the building structure, enhance lateral stiffness, and transmit longitudinal horizontal forces. They are made of round steel or angle steel according to the building requirements.

We provide a complete range of roofing and wall steel sheets, sandwich panels, and related accessories, suitable for a wide range of building applications. These metal sheets are available in various cross-sectional shapes, base materials, metal substrates, and coatings.
Metal sheets can be used as roofing and wall panels, indoor ceiling and partition panels, etc. Their base material is usually galvanized steel sheets or aluminum-zinc steel sheets, with an organic coating on the surface. They offer excellent corrosion resistance, bright color, attractive appearance, and easy processing and forming. At the same time, they retain the original strength of steel sheets and are cost-effective. The thickness of metal sheets typically ranges from 0.4mm to 1.0mm, which can be selected based on different building needs and requirements.
Sandwich panels are composite insulation panels made by combining steel sheets on both sides with thermal insulation core materials through adhesives (or foam). The core materials can be EPS (polystyrene), rock wool, or PU (polyurethane). They come in various thickness specifications, including 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 150mm, and 200mm.
